I am an Aboriginal female youth just 21 years old looking for funds to help grow a business that will help my community prosper economically and culturally. I aim to teach other people on many different reserves including my own reserve how to start their own business from the ground up just like I have and enter into the world of knowledge based economy. I want it so that not only will Aboriginal families have stable income but to also be able to convey their stories through video games and other new media. I aim to be a leader for Aboriginal youth all across Turtle Island (Canada and the USA) hence the name Awti'j Sisuei (Trail Blazer) Digital Media. I aim to please and I am a great asset to your project and your team!

This shows my competencies with being able to conceptualize drawings by hand and then upload and colorize them in Photoshop.

Contest Submission (Alien Cat Mascot)

This is my most recent student work. This demonstrates my spline modeling knowledge. I modeled the entire car out of splines. I did the wheels with a couple of cylinders and some other techniques. I colored the car with materials for the meantime.

Atlantic First Nations Help Desk

iul. 2015 - Prezent

I am doing telework for Atlantic First Nations Help Desk even though it was initially meant just to be a summer job. I felt that they needed to start looking at 3d applications for their video games and though some collaboration have decided to go above and beyond make this a large scale project. They only get so much funding as a non-profit company so I decided to take it into my own hands and see the dream through for them and myself.

WARRIOR WOMEN SERIES 1: THE BEGINNING

imagineNATIVE

This is a publication for the game imagineNATIVE has put on display for their festival which was held in Toronto (I presented there too - stayed for week at the Hilton Garden Inn). I was one of only two game companies that published a game through them because games are so new to Aboriginal people - very few are video game designers like myself (and imagineNATIVE main target is Aboriginal movies - they have an awards ceremony as well).
