I'm a self taught Video Editor and Graphic Designer. It all started with my YouTube journey, and has evolved into what I am able to create now. At the start, I decided to try video editing with Sony Vegas. As a beginner, I discovered pretty quickly that it really wasn't a friendly program to learn on. Needless to say, I switched over to the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite pretty quickly after that.
I'm very proficient with Premiere Pro and Photoshop as they are my go to programs, but I also enjoy using Illustrator, Audition, and After Effects as well. I've used Maxon Cinema 4D in the past, but I'll be perfectly honest when I say I typically have to refresh myself on how to use it when I do open it up. That being said, a refresher course puts me on the right track pretty quickly, and from there I end up remembering how to do most things after that happens!
I most definitely put a lot of time and effort into ANYTHING I create, I'm a stickler for details, and also highly imaginative and creative. My workflow is highly efficient, effective, and productive. When I'm working on a video, I start with a rough first draft within an hour of sitting down with the initial raw footage. Projects that involve images, logos, designs, or any static media also get completed pretty quickly.
I always aim to be aware of what I'm creating and how I achieve my chosen objective. I've been told in the past I'm also hyper aware of fulfilling clients expectations and making sure that their input is a significant part of my workflow. I mean, nobody wants to put in a ton of work only to be told "but.....I wanted it to look like this" or something similar, right?
In my downtime, I'm very active. I rollerblade, do archery, play tennis, lift weights, and do cardio workouts. I pride myself on keeping my diet pretty clean, but I do also LOVE to cook and bake. Especially baking. My sweet tooth is pretty strong! On the flip side, I also love to play video games (anything BUT horror and the sports games), read a book that's the size of the Bible, drink a bunch of tea, and obviously watch shows and anime! Yeah, I have a lot of things I enjoy doing, and honestly not enough time to do it all but hey! That's not a bad thing! Choice is always good.
Anyways, that really is me in a nutshell. I look forward to working on your project!
