Projects Online Banking System Description: The goal of the project is to put the client related features of Bank on the web. Most of the banking of Pakistan is offline and that’s why clients are moving to international banks. To capture the clients and to make the clients stick to the bank this system was made. The functionality includes creation of new accounts, Cheque updating, Money Transfer, change of passwords, Pin numbers and Profile for clients and some administrative tasks for Bank. Tools used: ASP, HTML, Java Script and SQL server on the backend. Interface using Adobe PhotoShop. Role: Design & Development Online Admission & Education System Description: This project was my BCS final project. At that time there were very few Pakistani universities offering online admissions and results, so this project was a general project for any institute or university. The functionality includes new admissions, old student result checking, Auto display of selected candidates on a given criteria, and for administration result updation and change of passwords. Tools used: ColdFusion and ASP with HTML and MS Access on the backend. Role: Design & Development Online Hotel Reservation System Description: This project was actually made for a friend as his BCS final project, the functionality includes room and hall reservation and cancellation. On cancellation deduction of some money and auto email to the guests etc. Tools used: ASP, ColdFusion, HTML and MSAccess at the back end. Role: Design & Development Student Information System (SIS) Description: This was semester project made in C++, the functionality includes addition of new student records along with their results and general information. It was purely an object-oriented approach, files were used to store all the information. Mostly I emphasized on functionality so it had a poor GUI. Role: Design & Development Computer Game (LUDO) Description: This project was based on my personal interest, again object orientation was the main goal to achieve, but the new thing was to add a very good GUI. Role: Design & Development Patient Management System Description: This project was also a semester project and was made using SQL Server, the functionality includes insertion of new patients and to maintain the history of patients, a little bit of account handling includes preparation of bills on the basis of tests. GUI was made using Visual Basic 6.0. Role: Design & Development Testing Procedures Description: This was also a semester project and based on standardization of a company, the goal was to achieve CMM Level 4. I have designed a process model for testing of any product.
