I have worked on various corporate and commercial laws, including, companies law, contract law, direct and indirect taxes, FEMA regulations (including advice on extant FDI regulations), education laws and citizenship laws. Apart from drafting corporate and commercial agreements (including, shareholders agreement, share purchase agreements, license agreements, assignment agreements, NDAs, employment agreements etc.), I also extensively advised on post execution enforcement issues, exit options under joint venture agreements, compliances under the companies law (including secretarial work under the companies law) and FDI regulations. o Reviewing varied Agreements, including RFP, NDA, MSA, Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, License Agreements, Procurement Agreement etc.; o Giving quick solutions to the client with reasonable quality regarding the legal impact of the interpretation of the above stated agreements; o Vetting of Agreements to ensure compliance with the client's internal commercial policies; o Tracking of contract obligation and gap analysis of the above stated agreements bringing out the legal and commercial risks which the client may be exposed to; o Assisting the client in drafting agreements to suit the commercial understanding between the client and their customers and intern help them to close the deal; o Due Diligence exercises regarding property as well as the risks the client may be exposed to in the event that certain third party agreements are novated to them on an "as is" basis;
