To carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing. To prepare, compile, organize and maintain different department reports. Maintain, prepare and complete files of newly appointed employees, support and coordinate their orientations;
Ensure up to date employee personal files with official and personal documents, like increments letters, transfer letters etc
Handle queries of employees.
Monitor attendance of the employees & Update employee’s Leaves Records.
Ensure accurate employee’s information in Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Initial screening of CVs, coordination with concerns to organize, plan and conduct interviews and execute employee orientation of new joiners
