I am Irina and for the last few years I’ve been as .Net developer and Data Engineer. I started my professional journey as an internee. I had the opportunity to do a .Net internship for company NovaBase in Portugal during an Erasmus schoolarsip and I worked on a Silverlight application. I was gone for a year in Portugal with this scholarship and it was an interesting experience. I had the chance to meet other cultures, different people, practice my English and I had to learn to be independent, as I was on my own, far from my family. Since then, in the last almost 10 years, I worked on different .Net projects, different technologies, Web and as well as Desktop: C#, .Net Core, Web Api, Microsoft Azure, Web Forms, MVC, WCF, WPF, SQL, Blazor. All the time I searched to be challenged, to get out of my comfort zone, and when I had to work with something new, I took it as an opportunity to help me grow. A period I worked also as Business Intelligence developer because I like to play with data. I accepted the challenge to work with ETL Pentaho and do some big data imports, generate reports and I also learned how to build a Datawarehouse. For other project I worked also with the BI package from Microsoft. Currentlly I aim to continuouslly develop myself, keep up with the new Web tehnologies, increase my technicall and soft skills. I'm interested in Microsoft Azure cloud services, Clean Arhitecture and web development with Blazor.(Microsoft just released a new version in november last year and they brought big improvements to Blazor and it seems to be very promising in web development world) I like to work in agile organized teams that seek to have a good comunication and develop, grow continuously as a team. I consider myself to be a teamplayer, I like to collaborate with the members of the team, to share knowledge, experince and help my collegues. I think that some of my strengths that help me evolve are: I am a responsible person, I’m patient, proactive, determined, attentive to details , sociable, I like to communicate and interact with people.
