I am a Senior Quality Manager for a BPO company here in the Philippines catering for US and UK based customers. I have been with Transcom Worldwide Philippines for more than 6 years but had 9 years of the same experience in Sitel Philippines. As a senior manager, I also acquired the role of Customer Experience Manager, Compliance Manager and Process Improvement Manager. I am currently handling 2 sites (Manila and Iloilo) with more or less 1,600 employees but has a direct reporting people of 2 Quality SUpervisors, 2 Quality Analysts and 20 quality assurance specialist. I have experience in technical account (AT&T US), Financial Accounts (GreenDot debit cards) and currently UPS (US-UK Logistic International Company). I have over 20 lines of business handled from customer service, technical support, back office work both HR, chat and email, escalations management and client services management. I had 3 major experiences in building/starting a start up campaigns that needed project and detailed management skills. I also had an Operational management backgroud for 1 year in tandim with my current role to assist the business whilst a suitable candidate for the role is being processed.
