I am currently working at LCS LTD as a Marketing Manager. My duties include – booking appointments, dealing with complaints, answering queries, training new staff, recruitment, disciplinary’s, scheduling consultant’s appointments, putting incentives in place, answering the telephone, sales meetings, keeping to targets, sales statistics. I am looking for another position closer to home as I am currently without a car and my company is based in Newton Abbot.
June 10 till May 11
I was working at Exeter Disability Centre in Marsh Barton. My duties include - filing, photocopying, answering the telephone, placing orders with suppliers, booking in deliveries, faxing, typing quotes, taking payments over the phone and in the showroom, serving customers in the showroom, dealing with queries, booking in jobs, banking, deliveries, scheduling the drivers runs, chasing outstanding payments. I enjoy the job but unfortunately would like to work more hours but it is not available within this job.
<u>March `10 – June 10</u>
I worked for Miko Coffee South West at Sowton, My duties include – filling, answering the telephone, taking customers orders, phoning customers for their orders, booking in deliveries, faxing, photocopying, and taking payments. I enjoy the job but it is becoming a struggle to get to work due to not having a car at present and would prefer to work more hours as I am only working 14 hours per week.
<u>Sept 09 – Feb 10</u>
I worked at NHS Direct on a temporary contract, my role included – answering the telephone to patients and assessing their symptoms and placing them in the approiate queue for the nurse to call them back, or if severe transferring them to a nurse or calling an ambulance. The temporary contract ended due to the swine flu cases dropping.
<u>July 09 – Sept 09</u>
I worked at the National Swine Flu hotline, on a temporary contract, taking calls and assessing patient’s symptoms and then giving out the authorisation code if necessary. I left due to the hours were shortened to just weekend work.
<u>Feb 09 – April 09</u>
I worked at LCS LTD in Dawlish on a temporary basis, my role included – filling, writing letters to customers regarding their wills and changes to their wills and trusts. Unfortunately the temporary contract ended.
<u>Sept 06 – Oct 08</u>
I worked at Orchestra Ltd in Bristol, on behalf of South East Water, my role included answering the telephone, dealing with complaints, taking payments from customers, setting up payment plans, taking meter readings to produce a bill, and any queries that they may have. I was made redundant from this position.
<u>May 03 – July 05</u>
I worked for a company called Rebours Ltd, My duties included, filling, answering the telephone, photocopying, booking in work, faxing, ordering stock, booking in jobs, writing letters to customers. I left this role to spend my time with my son who had recently been born.
