I am an Admin assistant/ data entry clerk by profession, however, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health and Human Services. I am a very polite, educated, respectful, ambitious young lady, dedicated to assigned activities thrown at me without hesitation. Clients and staff confidentiality is one of my biggest priority on the job, as well as completing task on a timely manner.
As an Admin assistant/ data entry clerk I carry out tasks such as:
-Write meeting minutes allowing my supervisor to review and take action on key discussion for upcoming event in the upcoming business weeks and months.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports in order to be on time for our quarterly reports.
- Prepare business letters for the Health Centre staff, facilitating its day to day processes allowing easier and faster functioning for all staff.
- Draft company documents and appointments on a daily basis to ensure all important information are written, reserved and retained training purposes.
- Answer incoming inquires via calls, ensuring that all customers are readily satisfied, and creates good customer service and retention within the company.
-Make outgoing calls to keep patients and staff knowledgable of upcoming visits or appointment.
