Cinematographer and Editor

I am a very experienced editor and cinematographer. i have participated three times in a movie making course at 'ACMI', I have partaken in a movie making course a the Victorian College of the Arts. I have won three academic awards in the 'movie making' subject at Caulfield Grammar School. I have had experience working on a short film shoot for two days with [login to view URL] and I have made several short films of my own. All of my experiences show that I am a qualified cinematographer who will be able to produce quality material.

Victorian College of the Arts

In this movie making course I was educated about the ins and outs of the film industry, how to create an interesting story and how to portray this on screen. It was theoretically a three day film school where we had lectures from professional writers, filmmakers and students attending the university. Professionals taught us how to use all the equipment and we made a movie. The course enabled a brighter insight into the film industry and gave participants the knowledge to pursue film careers.

I was on set with a film company helping them complete their movie shoot. I had the opportunity to work with many professionals who showed me how to create a short film. I was educated on lighting, filters, sound, setting, story, editing and all of the roles that need to be filled in order to create a short film.

ACMI

My last time attending the film course was to fully conclude the basics of film theory and cinematography. After the last time attending this course I have grown a deeper understanding of cinematography, editing and all things to do with the subject.
