I am an energetic and result driven IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in delivery of ambitious IT programs and projects. In both inhouse and consulting roles I have managed numerous implementations of SAP, Enterprise Content Management solutions and in recent years large and global Software Development Projects in the reinsurance industry. My starting point is always a thorough understanding of Stakeholders' goals and requirements, in order to transfer these into solutions and these again into work packages. Both, working in an agile or in a more classic environment, further key prioritites for me are a clearly structured operational model and a plan as detailed as required to allow for both progress tracking and management reporting. Continuous analysis of progress against plan and early addressing of deviations and risk by the team go without saying. This again requires a culture of open communications within the project team, which is of high priority to me. Sounds straight forward and actually it can be - assuming you have got the right people with the right spirit.
