TOP SKILLS: customer empathy, charisma and proficient in MS Office I am someone who focuses to see complaints/enquiries from the customer perspective. Once l have managed to win the clients attention, l am interested in influencing them to remain positive. Then, l am able to use word processing, email communication, spreadsheet and presentation when completing my work tasks. STRENGTHS: patience and constant adapting I also am patience with those clients who keep asking the same questions, the ones who are quick to blame the service provider when they have not done their part. l can tolerate the harsh words while l am also able to manage the stress, manage the time and solve the client's problem.
