• Designs/rehabilitates a Data Center based on a standard Data Center and based on Sales forecast to acquire the total power load • Attends Pre-bid Conference, participates and supports bidding requirements, provide Terms of Reference based on clients’ requirements, do planning, designs, cost estimate, Gantt chart, valued engineering and project implementation for the entire construction from Phase 1 to end stage • Understands customer requirements and recommends solutions to Sales team to meet customer target implementation/operation date • Conducts site inspection of the entire Data Center from Main Feeder Line to the load (inside of the Data Center) • Concept entails Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Security System to adapt to the Data Center Standards • Plans, Design, Assists in Sales Forecasting, Purchasing, Logistics, and Prepares Profit & Loss Report • Interfaces with different contractors; Provides owners’ requirement; Conducts Commercial and Technical Evaluation by reviewing all the layout and equipment specs and recommend, Procurement Planning, Validates project cost, Valued engineering, and Construction schedule • Provides justification to Sales/Operations team thru PowerPoint Presentation with drawings/plans/illustration, white paper/technical specs for all equipment to be supplied and costing, and schedule of implementation • Submission of plans/layout for Building Admin’s approval and acquire necessary permits and licenses from (LGU) Local Government Unit • Monitors the delivery schedule of equipment and materials and ensures meeting the schedule based on agreed Gantt Chart with the clients and subcontractors • Hands-on in Project Implementation and formulates House Rules to subcontractors • Conducts regular meeting with the subcontractors and/or clients for Project updates • Generates Progress Report for Billing purposes and escalates concern if there’s any • Provides Mitigation Plan for any unexpected occurrences that may hinder meeting the deadline • Project Management, Punch Listing, Testing and Commissioning for customer acceptance • Over-sees the Data Center Operations & Maintenance in Japan • Formulated necessary forms as the standard documents to be complied by IPS’ Japanese Personnel and the clients e.g. Access Pass, Delivery & Pull-out Forms, Incident Report • Likewise, said forms have Japanese Translation to be understood by Japanese clients • In-charge in canvassing/evaluating, purchasing of equipment for Japan even under the Operations Team • Responsible in all Technical matters as the main task whether simple technical requirement on any device/equipment to full Technical Requirement on Space, Equipment, Power and Cooling System within and/or outside of Data Center • Set-up new company/start-up the operations; securing necessary documents from SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission), BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), LGU (Local Government Unit), SSS (Social Security System), PAG-IBIG & Philhealth • Hands-on in the entire Operations which covers Administration, legal matters (contracts with partners), Purchasing, Logistics Management • In-charge in Business Compliance; mainly dealing with BOC (Bureau of Customs), BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue, NTC (National Telecommunication Company), DOH (Department of Health), BFAD (Bureau of Food and Drug) for the necessary requirements of Accreditation as Importer and acquiring of LTO (License to Operate) a trading/importing of Medical Equipment, and Cosmetics • In-charge in Asset Management; Inventory & Audit Management of all the equipment and accessories; appointed as the final approver for all in and out of company’s assets
