José Cardeira is a very result driven SAP Senior Certified Consultant with over 13 years of experience working in different industries. He has a strong technical background, and he is especially eager in stakeholder engagement, development excellence and delivering training. Does not lose scope while facing impediments since he always keeps the focus in the outcome. He started his career as an SAP ABAP Developer followed to the BI solutions, mainly SAP BW and SAP BO. He has been mostly an implementer consultant that, thought he can and have, worked alone, his enthusiastic way of being and natural curiosity, showed great results while working in teams and specially in Agile/Dev Ops environments, where he has already played the scrum master role. José thinks out of the box, and he is very positive minded. That combination of skills, for sure, helped delivering, successfully, a Taylor-made reporting system, without being expert on the technology, for his Gas and Oil Costumer. He also likes to mention the cockpit he created, for a retailer, since he was able to automate the very complex process in a way that the user just needs to follow steps and he is helped on the way with green lights or red alerts of what is still missing to do until the process is completed. José always aims to help and is very keen to learn and develop his skills. He is now learning Dutch and SAP BW 4Hana. Keeps his creativity alive doing music, photographing his friends and daughter, dogs and beautiful Amsterdam city where he currently lives. Travels every time he can, professionally and personally and cares for new challenges. He welcomes chance and is very driven to collaborate with companies that are keen to move forward and are also conscious enough of what they need to do in order to remain relevant on this global world we are living in.
