While Peter, is good at communication and it is easy to get hold of him. He is not by any means good worker. His code is poor and and very hard to undestand not clear naming conventions, cross browser incompatibilities no accessibility to speak of... When we were deciding to who to pick for this project we were unnder impression that Peter was managing his team of developers.. Which sadly proved to be not true as he has his day job and this is just side income for him... Project of this size simply proved beyond his ability to deliver on time and functioning properly. While some of the blame lies with us in not being very prompt in communicating changes and amends in timely manner on the begining of project, it simply does not changes the fact that we would NOT use Peter ever again.
