I think Prakash has good knowledge on Angular/Web Development and whatever he developed as part of this project, is good in terms of code quality. He also gets what you want to build and able to understand your vision. The major problem I faced with him is his ever-changing finish timeline. This could be due to the fact that he has too much on his plate and is understaffed currently. He gave a date for completion of the project, missed it, gave another, missed that too and gave another one!! This happened over 3 months. You will need to follow up with him multiple times a day to ensure he works on the item. My project which initially estimated for 15 days to completion, tool 3 months to get to 60% completion. At times it caused a lot of frustration for both the parties simply because you have no clue when things will get completed. If you are someone who is not on a timeline for the completion of the project, Prakash is your guy.
