The main role as an Investor Relations is to deliver accurate & transparent information to external finance community (investors, analysts) with regard to the company performance and/or updates. Before the information is delivered, data from other departments and subsidiaries are quarterly collected and analyzed to get the whole picture of the company. As there are so many data, I created a one platform of IR Dashboard to give a quick glance performance as well as the detailed data source.

Not only performance, employee's technical & managerial competency are necessary to be assessed as well. I gathered the gap competency data from the assessment center for analysis and present the outcomes. The objectives are for employee's database and recommendation of development or promotion. Every employees has their own strengths & weaknesses. To ease the reviewing process and for employees reference, I built an online and customized Employee Report.

My responsibility was to manage credit proposal process by working with relationship managers, appraisers, spot checkers, Bank of Indonesia check and HR officers where the candidate debtors work at. To do so, evaluation and assessment through risks outlining and mitigation are required in order to minimize loan losses by soundly based decision.
