• Expertise on Mechanical Engineering services (HVAC, Fire, PHE), modelling and co-ordination using REVIT MEP and Navisworks • Thorough knowledge of Building Information Model (BIM) systems, including model sharing and objects families’ creation • Having good exposure in REVIT MEP and worked on different projects for Metros, Airports, commercial and residential buildings • Assist with BIM Project setup including template formation, library creation and workflow analysis through various technologies • Expertise on Level of Detailing (LOD) which includes Conceptual design development, construction documentation, design co-ordination services, standard checking’s etc. • Preparation of the Mechanical drawings in Revit, HVAC duct sizes, pipe sizing as per the CFM and their capacities respectively • Prepare chiller/ETS/District cooling for plant room drawings and perform a client review to get the drawings approved • Analyze and Prepare Stair case pressurization, Smoke management system • Preparation of Schematic and Riser Diagrams for all Mechanical services and shares it across with the team for review or changes for client inputs • Prepare the floor section and equipment installations layouts designs and send it for review to client for approval • Preparation of wall coordination drawing, builders work, Shaft co-ordination drawings (Slab openings, core wall openings, wall openings) and share it with architectural and structural team for further inputs and comments • Review and work on the RCP (Reflected Celling Plan) with other service engineers, architecture and ID’s as per the respective team design standards • Experience in preparing shop drawings for clash free models with Navisworks and designing the duct sizing, routing etc • Working on As-built drawings, on the review comments provided by site manager after installation • Works with BIM Manager and project teams to communicate, problem solve, and update models for coordination and design issues • Developing BIM Execution Plans with support from the group BIM Manager and co-ordinating a small BIM Team to ensure a hassle free submission • Attending the meetings related to plan, design and review with the client and team for understanding the deliverable requirement and to discuss any issues or concerns related to deliverables • Experience on troubleshoot issues like Model audit, Design and software crashes, version compatible issues when opening the drawings
