I have a retro gaming website project running. At the moment i am missing a grafic for showing the result of an review. I have attached a sample grafic of another gaming website. For my website i want a more retro style grafic, in a more "pixel" "8Bit" way. In the middle there should be space for an procent value, reaching from 0 to 100%. As an optional goal, it would be cool to have a placeholder for a little picture ( for an old school crazy pic of the reviewer ). Main Goal stays the 8 Bit design. Maximum bugdet for the design is 70 Dollar, or 50 euros, but should be okay for a grafic :).
