Userii pot descarca/incarca/vizualiza fisiere text de pe server. Transferul se face securizat (ex: https). Fisierele vor fi pastrate criptat pe server. Se foloseste o cheie de decriptare de fiecare data cand userul vizualizeaza un fisier. Un fisier poate fi descarcat o singura data.
