The project exists out of developing a Kinect for Windows (see ) application. This application will be used to assist people with their physical exercises. A 3D character should explain and show the user about how to execute the exercises and also give comments to the way how the exercise is done by the user (Eg.: Please stretch your leg a bit more, and symbols to support this comment further). I'm fairly open to the type of particle effects we can use - see the demo has snow falling from the clouds. I'd also really like to load my own image assets into the particle generator. For example I could load a star and have it appear as multiple stars blowing about in the wind with a particle generator. I hope that is enough to start. Really we want very creative ideas!!

I would like to explore the capabilities of Kinect before I decide how to use it. Therefore, I would like to write a simple app that will access a webservice to get links to photos.
