I need it turned into a dynamic questionnaire, with data persistence and interacting with a REST API for the dynamic questions. I would like to work with someone very productive, as this work can be started today and will require frequent updates. Necessary to communicate in English. At times, it may be possible to have enough requirements for 40 hrs/week, but more likely the project will evolve with the dynamic requirements I put together.
