As for the fix, there is one small feature that for some reason as of late stopped working. It is a feature that lets you save a work task. Right now the script lets you place all the information for the task, then if you click sumbit it takes you to a confirmation page, and then when you click confirm, it just goes to a blank screen and it doesn't add the data to the database like it was supposed to.
