Have 2 pages - 1 Landing Page and other single page home page. I need them converted to a full blown css/html pages including JS transitions added. There will be a few onclick overlays but I dont need you to design these. You can just create a dummy overlay and complete the transition. The CSS/HTML should be extremely easy and modular to change in future. A background color change should be as simple as changing at 1 place and not in multiple places. For this, its best to use SCSS or SASS Dummy data shown in the mocks can be used. Will customize it later to our DJango application/website. It will be a 2-3 day job for an experienced programmer and its fairly complex design.

Messages shoul be catchy and clear.
