At first time it is simple to develop them, can be made with backdoor car gas axis for person do not need to make too much force. About cage I need to know the height from ground to make a good device and where you will wash it. I am thinking too insert some pressure spring coils and a footer, you press it and fit the wheelie and it fit, no one movement.
