I have a web based email verifier coded in C#. Currently its uses some third party dlls to verify emails. I would like C#/ASP.NET developer to modify the application to use external RESTful API instead and enhance the code for better performance. More details will be explained over chat. I completely understand your requirements and ready to word on it. I have 2 year of .net experience both in web apps and desktop apps. I have very good understanding with . net framework and can solve technical problems easily. Solution 1: I was thing to verify the email by sending it to the user. If mail sent its verified otherwise not. Solution 2: If you want to check email by syntax then its also possible. Its up to you that how you want to verify email.
