Seeks highly skilled Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for a full time position in Va. Beach. Candidate must have experience with Quickbooks Online, accounts payable, budgeting, payroll, insurance audits and quarterly tax reporting, preferably in a construction setting. Duties will also include providing administrative support to the Director of Construction, scheduling inspections, handling warranty claims and helping with the permitting process. Applicant must be able to multi-task.
