What automated bookkeeping solution would you suggest using based on the job description? I suggest using Quickbook Online, it is an easy tool to manage, we can import bank accounts and link your bank.
How much years experience do you have and what would be the first step to setting up working with you remotely? I have 5+ years of experience. As a first step, if you decide to buy the Quickbook online, you must give me the access to start your accounting, so that you hire me through Freelancer and we manage the payments per hour and monthly, it's better. Another important issue is the shared documents, I currently work for a multinational in Europe and all the documents are scanned and uploaded to Dropbox, in addition to this all the updates and doubts are handled through Trello (Free software, it's just to download it) , any news would come to your e-mail through Trello and then be communicated
