We are seeking a bookkeeper . We are looking for a candidate who is versed in Quickbooks and has administrative experience. The hours can be flexible. This position would be responsible for but not limited to: •Supporting bookkeeping and operational tasks • Updating and maintain accounting transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable) •Accounts Receivable •Accounts Payable The successful candidate will demonstrate: •Excellent computer skills •Excellent Quickbooks skills •Organizational, verbal and written communication skills •Strong attention to detail, highly organized individual •Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office •Must have excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills Required prior experience essential for this position: • Three (1) years of bookkeeping experience
