I am currently living outside the uk and receive a small amount of income from property in the UK. I live in China. I need to fill in a self assessment for the tax year 2012 – 2013 however as I am outside the uk I can not do it online. There is no other income apart from that of the property and most of the income is taken up by a mortgage on the property. I need someone to act as an agent to complete and submit the self assessment to HMRC. I can provide the income and outgoings and the mortgage rates and payments. As I am living outside the UK I have a larger tax free allowance. Please let me know the details of this and how much this currently is. Please also let me know the process from here to get you authorized as an agent to be able to submit this on our behalf. I look forward to receiving your bids. Thanks
