For USA TAX Accountant. Tax Planning for S Corp. S Corp has 2 owners, one of the owner has small warehouse at his home, where inventory stored. 90% of Sales - drop shipping, 10% from warehouse. He did some fixing at warehouse , repaint, bought some devices to make shelves and etc. For bookkeeping purpose, what can be deductible on corporate level, on 1120s ? Can we deduct the warehouse space? What method to use? Remodeling cost? What else can we deduct and how to book it, what support to use? I need links to IRS rules on it. How we supposed to do it, write a check?
