It's a part-time position and the hours are quite flexible
4 -5 work hours weekly for a net pay of $500, and $100 per hour for Overtime.

Ours is a fledgling Real Estate investment business, owned and run by my wife and I. Your job is basically to oversee acquisitions in your locality and manage our books
We’re acquiring Real Estate over there, to be flipped, and leased to renters. Mostly duties can be effected from home or remotely, Just an occasional asset inspection here and there, or corresponding with partners/prospects, but it’s all going to be factored into your 4-5 hour work week
Besides Bookkeeping, soft skills like Time management, attention to detail, communication, and dynamism are what you need to adequately perform your role. I’m sure you’ll be up to speed in less than 2 weeks. In any case, acquisitions won’t be an integral part of your Role, like I said, maintaining my books, inspections and meetings prospects will make up the central part of your tasks.
