Edit Zoom recording into After Effects 2020 template

I have a 30-minute Zoom video that I'd like set into a frame. I've had the into and frame designed. You can see it attached. You'll also need to stiched the intro (attached) and the outro onto the ends of the final video. My dream is that we play with two types of frames. One (like we have now) where both screens are visible. But then when one person is talking for a while, it'd be great to 'spotlight" them, so they get the focus I have all the source files including the background music. Essentially if you look at the attached video, you'll see the second "coming up" that just 30 seconds of the interview in the frame. You'll need to put the entire 30 minutes into this frame with the consideration to switch between two cameras and one. if you've read this far please include the word "apple" in your reply so that I know you're serious.
