write Lambda to read data(in parquet format) from s3 into RDS

I am very much confortable with Java. I can write an AWS lambda function in java to read the files using Apache Parquet and write in RDS. I can create the database aswell. If you have preference to use Python to Nodejs, I can do that aswell.
