Web application (with media server) which will be connected to android and web client i.e. browser. (IN short API server which will do following task) Android user will initiate the video call and other user will connect call from Web browser (desktop) (cross platform). Entire session/call should be recorded on streaming server and after hangup video should be submitted to AWS S3. Mobile application should work atleast on 3G / 4G, application should be scalable. Applications will selected from best solution provider and importantly similar application you developed/worked on criteria.
