Hi there, I saw that your SOM based IN QA chipset as you described but the picture it only show PMIC IC, SDIO WIFI/BT chipset and eMMCP skynix DDR+FLash. I've been working on Spreadtrum octacore, mediatek and other platform SoC. 8 layers up to 12 layers depends in the complexity. this What I will manage for you Sir: 1- DDR layout to avoid pitfall in design. 2-PMIC layers,layerstackup, thermal analyses, all updates you needs, impedance for singleend/diff end. 3- if QA company provide for you IBIS files for SoC this will be great as we can do simulation before the production of the PCB.
