Looking for a freelancer to design a Russian language mobile website and phone app for Android and iPhone. It will have several blog categories and a shopping experience for visitors. Some blog content will be locked and only show an image and title, to unlock the full content the user must subscribe for a $0.99 monthly fee and then login. We will provide blog content and shopping items (including affiliate linked products) to be placed on the site and it needs to be fully working and ready to accept customers and payment (Rouble, $, £ and Euro etc) on launch. We already have hosting, a domain and HTTPS. The completed work needs to be designed to be 100% easily customisable after project completion and use WordPress for admin and blog control and a top ecommerce solution such as shopify or woocommerce. The project will be considered complete when the site is ready for launch and fully capable of accepting registration and payments from subscribers and shoppers.
