Payment Wallet App development in Flutter

I want one App with Payment Wallet where people could deposit the money in their wallet by making payment from their debit or credit cards, netbanking or any wallet. There should be a QR Code of both buyer and merchant payment wallet which they are using and our app should read only their reward points. Customer will go to our partners shops, they will buy anything and will make payment from our payment wallet to that shopkeepers wallet by scanning QR code. Whatever payment they will make, there will be some cashback points to be deposited in that buyer's wallet on successful transaction. 10 Reward points will be equal to 1 Rupee. Those reward points then they can redeem on our app for purchasing popcorns, burger, pizza, medicines. Whenever u shop anything using ur debit or credit cards of any banks, u get reward points. There should be no expiry of those reward points. In their wallet, there should be two fields of showing payment. 1. Balance Amount in Wallet 2. Reward Points in Wallet There should be two versions, One for customer to redeem their reward points and second for shopkeepers or merchants where customers will go and scan the QR code to redeem reward points. Merchant location google map should reflect on merchant profile with their shop name, shop image, star ratings, category etc. There should be admin panel on web also where everything could be monitored. There will be no advance for this project. Amount will be paid in milestones. Source code of the item will be handed over to me whenever I require. Project will be considered finished only after app is made live, any bugs solved, handing over the Publishing Key to me and source code of the app/website/admin panel also to be handed over to me.
