Logo Animation

I would like to hire someone to create a couple different animated versions of my logo. The animation would last around 4-10 seconds I think, and it would be horizontally oriented (perhaps in a 4:3 ratio or 3:2 ratio), therefore allowing me to utilize the animation as the opening clip in a 30 second video reel for the home page of my new website. Hopefully the 4:3 ratio will also allow me to crop the animation vertically for social media purposes as well. I've included three files, a full resolution copy of my logo (Cottonwood Tree and a Crescent Moon), a screenshot of my website so you can get the feel of my brand, and most importantly... a sketch of the animation design to help you visualize what I'm looking for. The actual logo is separated into two photoshop layers (moon & tree). Ideally this animation would be designed with a loop in mind, allowing me to either fade from black into the animation and fade out to black, or designed with animation effects that act as a transition. With that said, ideally an animated owl would fly into the logo scene, but flying from the viewers perspective, therefore filling the screen entirely at the beginning 0:00 of the animation clip, then flying into the scene and landing on a branch of the tree as the moon slowly sets from left to right towards the tree branches. Then when the moon gets closer to the branches, the owl would then take off from the branch, fly around for a second and then fly towards the viewers perspective and in a flash, fill the screen entirely at the end of the animation clip. If animated this way, the animation could be used as a loop. Currently within my logo there's really only the moon and the tree. It's important to imagine this scene as a moonlit night, perhaps a little spooky vibe. Therefore all features of the design will be silhouetted...and more two-tone (black, white, grey textures). With that said, I think you'll need to add some ground to which the tree will rest on, perhaps a gradually sloping hill, as if this tree is positioned on the top of a hill. Also, to spruce up the animation, perhaps you add some clouds to the scene, maybe the clouds are positioned around the moon, or in the distance to fill up some empty space within the animation. Or perhaps there's a few distant ridgelines or hillsides visible.
