With nearly 2 years of R&D experience with startups, research labs and industry in full time, internship and also leadership capacities, I look forward to bring my experience in developing end to end projects in IoT & Embedded Systems and Full Stack Development.
• I played a pivotal role in the development of paceB, a biomedical device designed for the management and diagnosis of gait disorders. My contributions (not limited to) span across hardware and IoT design (EMQX, AWS IoT Core, REST APIs, WebSockets) of the data acquisition system to the development of the UI/UX (React.js) and gait analysis algorithms (Python). In the business end I extensively worked with my team editing pitch decks, identifying potential customer segments and carrying out clinical trials.
• Worked with Dr. Yeh-Liang Hsu at the Gerontechnology Research Center/ SedaGTech which focuses on building products that evaluate and assess the physical and cognitive wellbeing of aging adults. I helped build a scalable IoT infrastructure for user & device management using REST APIs in Go and remote patient monitoring using React.js amongst other routine tasks like SW & HW debugging, writing reports and help develop new features.
• Worked as a summer intern and gained insights about BMS, embedded software (in C) and isoSPI. I completed a project titled, "Source Meter Control Automation & Complex Device Drivers (CDD)". The automation scripts were written in Python.
