BACK AND FORTH

I am an artist . I want to use a couple of stepper motors in my project. These stepper motors will run slowly like 2rpm (clockwise for 10 seconds and then anti-clockwise for 10 seconds approximately). Six to seven stepper motors will run in sequence. For an example there are six motors like A,B, C, D, E and F. when motor A, D and E are ON; B, C, and F are OFF. Then B, C, and F will start one by one after a certain gap. In the meantime A, D and E would complete their timing (10-12 seconds and stop automatically). And finally all the six motors would run as loop. I want a person who will make me the programming job only and that freelancer should be Delhi or NCR based, so it would be much easer for me to make any changes if required.
