Looking for Excellent Writers (Strictly for Native English Speakers Only)

I am looking for an excellent writer who is a native English speaker. No offense to non-natives, but I have hired them and they just DO NOT FIT to what I need. I want someone who can: -Write Press releases (1 weekly) -Write articles on business, real estate and finance (occasionally) -Proofread articles and blogs IMPORTANT: -Must be an English Major graduate -I will test your writing. If you don't pass, you won't be hired. You will have full ownership of your test article. I won't be using it anyway if it's not high-quality. -Articles must be professionally written; no exceptions. -COMMUNICATION is a MUST! I have hired freelancers who NEVER communicate. No responses within 24-hours means you're fired. -No need to send samples. Just be willing to do a test article. I will provide the subject. $$$$ I will address this now. Please bid if you agree with my price, if not, then don't. -I pay $4 for every 700 word article that is original. (Includes all articles and press release) -$2 for proofreading. Proofreading only requires you to read the article and polish it, very easy job. This is a long-term project. Please write 'cucumber' in your bid so I know if you actually read and understood everything I mentioned.
