Experienced Online Writer for on Demand Writing Orders

I am recruiting a new member to my team of writers. The one I am looking for should possess great American English Writing Skills as well as the following list of skills: 1. Great Communication Skills 2. SEO Knowledge 3. Must understand how to put together a well organized blog post or article 4. Must understand Microsoft Word and other Microsoft products 5. Simple html would be helpful 6. Be able to work between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm CST USA. 7. Must be able to write 300-500 words within a few hours of receiving the order. 8. Understand this is assignments coming from orders placed so will be different each time they are sent. Meaning it could be writing Meta Descriptions (150 characters) or 10,000 word ebooks. Tell me what you can do in a 24 hour period and in a 5 day week period when you are placing your bid on this project. This is a one week project that can turn in to a longer project for the right person. I would like to hear why you are the perfect candidate for this project too. Tell me about all your skills. I will read over everyone's cover letters and look at any references you might have for me. I am looking for someone who is serious and wishes to grow with my business. This is a demand and supply project so to speak. Once the orders come in I will send out the instructions for what is needed along with the deadline. This does not mean you will receive orders on a daily basis but as they come in. Some days will be busier than others.
