We currenty have an in house Asterix Flash PBX system. We require it to be modified so that the incoming calls get passed to our application database Once the call has been connected to the pbx system a message will play please enter your site identification number followed by your personal identification number this will then verify the site number (5digit number) and Personal identification number (PIN ) (5 digit ) against our database this will match up with scheduled times in our database. The sin and pin lengths can be less or more depending on setting in the database. if a match is not found the played message would be no shift found please re-enter site id and pin number.
