Hello Oanh, we need to speed up a little, because I need to submit to building department asap. Please do some changes. Make driveway 30 feet wide only from total right of way road to front property line, not to the garage. On elevation plan, do not show elevations what you added on the left side. Please do same way as you did before just add concrete bond beam height(like on my plan), concrete lintel beam height at entry same way on my plan, show height between finished grade and finished floor(1 ft). Instead 8x8 P.T. Post in the patio, show that we use blocks. On wall section - You showed 13 layers and we have height 9-0 or 9-1 1/8” ? Please check because on my plans height was 8-2” and architect showed 14 layers ? On Electrical plan add load center and demand factor. For AC plan change information for different equipment I sent you before, also use energy calculation from my previous plan. (look attachments) On foundation plan add double FC where necessary by code. Compare with my plan. On framing plan add double FC where necessary, also for the front windows you can use lintels 5’4”long(check schedule on my plan. Is it possible to change order of the pages. After wall section go structural notes, then foundation plan, then roof plan, then framing plan, then truss plan, then electrical, plumbing, AC. On framing plan add information about Cast Crete schedule with engineering stamps. Copy from my plans.
