Ideally, you should possess expertise in: - Email marketing automation, - Lead nurturing and scoring, - CRM integration, - Social Media Management Automation, - Content Creation Automation, - Customer Support Automation. The main target for our marketing automation efforts is a B2C (business-to-consumer) audience. Additionally, the candidate who demonstrates a solid understanding of automation tools and a knack for implementing effective strategies will also earn an equity share in the business. Must-Have Core Values Requirement: To be able to get this lucrative opportunity you must have these core value set; - Honesty - Transparency - Trust & Mutual Respect - Ensuring Customer Security - Customer Delight (Willing to Go Extra Miles to Exceed Customer Expectations) If you think that you can't uphold these 5 core values by your heart, don't apply for this position. If you meet all the requirements, you will be paid 45% of per successful projects + 5%-10% performance bonus. For example; if you work on 5 projects per month, you will get 45% of the profit generated from these 5 projects. The average value of these projects might be between $500 USD - $1000 USD. Additionally top 10 employees will be chosen for equity share of the company (30%) based on performance and feedbacks from customers, allowing you to won a portion of the company and become a partner.
