I am looking for a seasoned architect and developer with a background in luxury residential estate design. The purpose of this project is to develop a plan for a residential complex that will serve as homes, apartments, rental homes/boutique hotels, clubhouse, pools, and access to private beaches and nature trails. To give you an idea of the scope, this project involves designing a complex catering for approximately 50 to 100 housing units. Given the size of the housing estate of about 25,000m2, space management and efficient planning will become essential skills, ensuring that we have a harmonious integration of luxury residences without compromising on comfort and ambiance. For the amenities, three main facets should be considered in your design: - Recreation Facilities: These would include a clubhouse, gym, pool, amongst other possibilities, with a focus on luxury quality of life for the residents. - Public Amenities: The estate needs to be welcoming and livable. As such, it should feature public amenities such as gardens or parks for relaxation and community growth. - Utilities: Essential utilities such as security services, well-developed roads, and reliable electrical provision are a must. Lastly, I’d appreciate a portfolio of similar projects to establish credibility and evidence of expertise in this domain. The ideal candidate for this job understands balance and aesthetics, ensuring a pleasing but functional design.
