Bulk eMailing - 200,000 eMails/week for 4 week(Trial)

We're looking for an EXPERIENCED bulk email service. We want to have a totally spam free online bulk email sending server or space which can send about 800,000 emails in 1 month. This will then become 4 Million in a month (1 million a week). If you do not have experience with bulk mailing, do not bid on this job. -Must have white listed servers. -Must have very high percentage to inbox. -You need to explain to how you will achieve a high percentage to inbox. -Purge bounces and remove requests from the list. Will expect you to provide full analytics for each mailing. -Report should include numbers of bounces, opens, click throughs, etc. -Please bid for a one time mailing only. Please advise me of your qualifications and past experiences. -Mail must be seen to be coming from our email address -Must hit inboxes, not spam folders -Must be compliant with Can SPAM act. -Must send with reliable SMTP. -Must provide a report of bounced and “do not contact” email addresses so that we can purge our database. -Must be able to provide sending reports. -Must be able to send the entire campaign from start to finish. The email campaign will have an HTML version and a plain text version. Please respond in detail after studying the requirements and addressing each of the above. We'd like mailed to 200K list every week for 1 month- and increase to 1 Million. After each week, we will send a new newsletter. Your system will be importing our list so security/privacy is an utmost concern. You will NOT be permitted to use these leads in the future (the list will be seeded with our own tracking email accounts to ensure of this). *** PLEASE BID on a 800K for 1 month job. However, you will need to send a 10k mailing so that we can see your system's stats and the open rates you can provide before we commit to the full 800k (and then the full 1mil). We're looking to align with a true service provider. Additional future work will also follow. Based on the above, please submit a bid for the 800K.
