since you are going to use Arduino , what is the best way you would like to use for communication , there are multiple ways for example
* Direct address injections using binary & control pins , Requires 10 pins [ 3 for input selection , 3 for output selection , 2 for flow control , 1 reset , 1 Cs]
* I2C communication & Reset , CS Pins
What is the preferred PCB Package ?
Are you going to prototype this & make PCB + PCBA , or you need something to use on test board [DIP Package] ?
What are the other components you need on this circuit ?
