Write a console sorting program in C language. The program has to sort numbers of a DOUBLE type. Use either a qsort, merge sort or shellsort algorithm. Data needs to be provided from a .txt file. Sorted result should be saved into a new .txt file and also displayed in the console. User should have an option to see step-by-step results of the algorithm (at the beginning of the program, ask the user if he wants to see how the algorithm goes - if yes, then display AND save to the file every step by step result of the algorithm). Add a time counting method, which will display how long did the sorting take after it is finished. Keep everything as simple as possible :)
